Let's Eat!

I've come across some great-looking recipes in Blogland recently. With mouth watering, I present:

Ree Drummond (of The Pioneer Woman blog fame) whipped up these Lemon Blueberry Pancakes for her youngest son's birthday. It was the kickoff recipe for her second episode of her new show, The Pioneer Woman, on the Food Network. She served the luscious pancakes with warm maple syrup and topped one special stack with a birthday candle. Cute idea for a very cute boy! You can find the recipe here. Her show airs Saturday mornings. Don't miss it.

El baked flaky goodness into her Blueberry HurricaneTurnovers (yes, I do like blueberries!). They're featured on her blog, Fresh.  Check out the recipe here and be sure to poke around because she has tons of wonderful recipes!

Just look at this gorgeous salad from Bev at Flamingo Toes! Perfect for anyone trying to beat the heat. She added feta cheese to her salad, but I would skip that step because feta ain't my thing. You can get the recipe here, and feel free to add all the feta you like!

These buttery Parmesan Pull-Aparts would be the perfect accompaniment to the pasta salad.  You can get the oh-so-easy recipe from Holly at Life as a Lofthouse. Resist the temptation to eat them all at one sitting (make it two at least!).

And last, but certainly not least, this glorious creation:

This scrumptious beauty is the work of the extremely talented Glory of Glorious Treats. I would say this one lives up to her blog's title and then some! You can find the recipe and detailed instructions here. Grab a glass of milk and dig in!
